By downloading, installing, or using LineWise ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LineWise on any Mac computers that you own or control. This license is for personal or commercial use.

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

3. Free Trial

LineWise offers a 3-day free trial. During the trial period, you have access to all features. After the trial expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the App.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our authorized reseller. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with LineWise, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Updates

Your license includes free updates to the current major version of LineWise. We may release new major versions as separate products in the future.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LineWise is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LineWise or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
